Overall, we're doing well, and I feel like we're definitely headed in the right direction. I've lost 11 pounds and Tim has lost 17 pounds (Ugh! Men...) Obviously, we're doing this mainly for our health, but my hope is that we can set a good example for Piper. I want making healthy choices to be second nature for her, not a struggle like it has been for us.

Weight Loss Update
It's been four weeks since Tim and I started our healthier lifestyle journey. The first two weeks were tough, but it's becoming easier now and we're making better choices without much thought. I don't even miss things I thought I would. Our eating habits have definitely gotten much better, and we both feel better (although I'm not sleeping well, but that's completely unrelated.) Exercising has been a little more difficult, for me especially. I just have a hard time finding the motivation, and I think being so tired lately hasn't helped. I'm trying, though.
