God is Good!

I'm feeling completely overwhelmed right now. We went into our doctor appointment today fully expecting bad news. The nurse said first thing that she was sorry. They did labs first, anticipating that I would need a methotrexate shot. Then I went into the ultrasound room...

And Dr. C almost immediately found a tiny sac IN MY UTERUS!!! My ovaries look great and there's nothing to indicate an ectopic pregnancy. He also saw some fluid on the other side of my uterus. He's not saying twins yet, but he thinks it's possible. That would explain not seeing anything even with high hcg. I go back for another scan on Monday.

I know it's still early and anything can happen, but I'm feeling pretty good right now.

What an emotional roller coaster this pregnancy has already been! I can't even fully process it. I'm just so thankful my God is still in the miracle business!
